How Much Do Event Companions Earn?

ArmCandidate companions earn $85–$135 per hour depending on event type and companion tier. All bookings have a two-hour minimum. A single Saturday evening gala can net $270–$405 before the event is over.

Your rate tier is set during onboarding based on your profile, experience, and availability. As you build a track record of strong client reviews, you become eligible for higher tiers. Schedule is entirely flexible — no minimum hours, no shifts, no quotas.

4. Attend Every booking includes a pre-event icebreaker call with your client (15–20 min) so you arrive as allies, not strangers. Attend the event, represent yourself professionally, and get paid within 48 hours.
